Gulfside Grand is a beachfront three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Grand Isle retreat for up to 10 guests. The six-bed layout includes a king bed, two queen beds, twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. Gulf views open from a large sun deck, with Beach Access #4 directly across from the house for surf fishing. Inside are a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and laundry. A dedicated outdoor fish-cleaning table with sink and a seafood boil setup with propane burner and multiple pot sizes make it easy to handle the day's catch back at the house. The covered patio, fire pit, charcoal grill and hot-water outdoor shower round out the outdoor setup. Boat and trailer parking are available, subject to boat/trailer size and the total number of vehicles in the group.
